These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to electrical installations, CCTV installations, security systems, solar power services, PA system installations, fire system installations, and data & network services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

- "Client," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity engaging Magnetronix for Services.
- "Services" refers to all electronic and installation services provided by Magnetronix.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, alongside any specific service agreements, quotes, or invoices issued by Magnetronix.

2. Services Offered
Magnetronix provides a range of electronic installation and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients, including:
- Electrical Installation
- CCTV Installation
- Security System Installation
- Solar Power Services
- PA System Installation
- Fire System Installation
- Data and Network Services
- And other related electronic services as may be offered.
The specific scope of work, materials, and timelines for each Service will be detailed in a separate quote or service agreement provided to the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services.
- Ensure site readiness and access as agreed upon for installations or maintenance.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the Services being provided at your premises.
- Make timely payments for Services as per the agreed terms.
- Inform Magnetronix of any pre-existing conditions or hazards at the service location.

4. Pricing and Payment
- Quotes: All quotes for Services are valid for a period of [e.g., 30 days] from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement or invoice. Typically, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as per agreed milestones.
- Late Payments: Magnetronix reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of [e.g., 2%] per month or part thereof, and to suspend or terminate Services until payment is received.
- Additional Costs: Any unforeseen additional work or materials required outside the scope of the original quote will be communicated to the Client for approval before proceeding.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels Services after a deposit has been paid, the deposit may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of work and costs incurred by Magnetronix. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
- Company Cancellation: Magnetronix reserves the right to cancel Services if the Client fails to meet their responsibilities as outlined in these Terms or if unforeseen circumstances make the provision of Services impractical or unsafe. In such cases, any payments for unrendered services will be refunded, less any costs already incurred.

6. Warranties and Guarantees
- Workmanship: Magnetronix warrants that all Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards.
- Materials: Any materials or equipment supplied by Magnetronix are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Magnetronix will assist the Client in making warranty claims where applicable.
- Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, acts of nature, power surges, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnetronix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created or provided by Magnetronix in the course of providing Services remain the intellectual property of Magnetronix, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations between the Client and Magnetronix. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to pursue mediation before resorting to litigation.

Magnetronix reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes, typically by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
